Ep #16: Peer Pressure Eating
When we think of peer pressure, we think about being back in high school or college when we did some (occasionally regrettable) things because we wanted to fit in. But the same peer pressure you felt then can happen now, even as a professional, with your weight loss journey.
On today’s episode, I’m talking about ways to stick to your diet and resist peer pressure to break from your weight loss identity. It can be very difficult to turn offers for food down, but it is so important to own your choices and stop yourself from unnecessary eating because you feel like you “have to.”
Listen in as we figure out how to take control of your weight loss journey and communicate your diet choices to others!
